  3. Use Current Versions: Use the latest version of the Website and/or App.
  4. Protect Your Login: Take reasonable steps to secure your login information.

B. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  1. Age Restrictions: Create an account or use our Services if you are under the age of 18, or if you are below the age of majority in your country of residence (whichever is higher).
  2. False Representation: Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliations. Represent yourself truthfully. Use current photos and honest descriptions in your profile. Do not use fake photos, impersonate others, or create multiple profiles.
  3. Service Disruption: Use the Services in a way that damages or interferes with their use by others.
  4. Illegal Activities: Use the Services for illegal purposes, including money laundering.
  5. Verification Integrity: Do not obscure, exclude, or replace your face during front-facing camera verification. By using our Services, users agree to share authentic, current images of themselves during verification. We may use automated tools to detect faces and detect attempts to submit photos of photos rather than a current image of your face.
  6. Harassment: Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or harm others. Always respect the personal boundaries and consent of others. Do not pressure or coerce anyone into sharing personal information, meeting in person, or engaging in any form of communication they are uncomfortable with.
  7. Prohibited Content: Transmit or share prohibited content. Communicate respectfully and courteously. Avoid lewd, offensive, or inappropriate language and behavior, which may lead to a permanent ban. Refrain from sending unsolicited explicit content in Direct Messages such as nudity or engaging in sexually explicit conversations. You may not include nudity in your public profile images. Unsolicited explicit content or sexually explicit conversations are prohibited. No adult may transmit or engage in any form of inappropriate contact with a minor under any circumstances.
  8. Unlawful Solicitation: Solicit passwords or personal information for illegal purposes or share someone’s personal information without permission. Do not share personal contact information (like phone numbers, home addresses, or email addresses) until you feel comfortable and confident in the person you are communicating with. We have no control over users’ in-person interactions. If you choose to interact with another user in person, please use good judgment and take appropriate safety precautions.
  9. Non-Discrimination: Engage in discriminatory behavior or speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or age. Treat everyone with equal respect and dignity.
  10. Financial Solicitation: Solicit money or items of value from other users. Similarly, do not promote businesses, services, or commercial ventures.
  11. Account Misuse: Use someone else’s account.
  12. Fraud and Schemes: Engage in fraud, pyramid schemes, or similar practices.
  13. Political Campaigns: Use the Services for political campaign financing or influencing elections, except sharing your own political opinions.
  14. License Violations: Violate the terms of the license granted to you.
  15. Unauthorized Disclosure: Disclose private or proprietary information you do not have the right to disclose. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. Do not share or post personal or private information about others without their explicit consent.
  16. Intellectual Property Violations: Copy, modify, or distribute our content or intellectual property without our consent.
  17. False Endorsements: Imply that your statements are endorsed by Retrospect.
  18. Encouraging Violations: Encourage or promote activities that violate these Terms.
  19. Creating New Accounts: Create a new account after suspension or termination without permission from Retrospect.
  20. False Reports: Submit false or misleading reports about other users.
  21. Third Party Communications: Share or promote external links, advertisements, or content that redirects users away from the app without proper authorization.

Your license to use the Services is automatically revoked if you violate any of these rules.
